Mae's Spring Review

In May, Mae had her spring dance recital and WOW was she excited! Great Grandpa Gary and Grandma Barbara made the trip to come see and she was soooooooo happy to have them there for her big day! We got her all dolled up (which she ALWAYS loves) and put on her ballerina tu-tu! While the other dance classes were going on, Mae started acting kinda nervous and we started worrying that she was not going to want to go up there, but then we realized she was just SOOOOOOOO excited! She was dancing along with every song from the other groups and kept asking if it was her turn next. And finally it was...

Mae's dad made sure she had some beautiful flowers waiting for her when she done...

and I think she liked them!

Although Mae is the youngest (and smallest) girl in her class--she was DEFINITELY the BEST dancer there--and no, I am not biased! She did SUCH a GREAT job and we were soooooooo proud of our little ballerina! Although the dance season is over now, Mae is already talking about dance next year and I can't wait for more of this!
