Ashes to Ashes Photography

Well kids, I have offically embarked on a new adventure! Me and Coby's sister, Ashley, have decided to start a photography business, Ashes to Ashes Photography (get it Ashlee and Ashley...we are so witty!). Coby suggested that I do this, and I've secretly always wanted to get into that, so finally I worked up the courage to take the plunge! We have been working on our portfolio this past week and are now booking sessions! I am really excited about this and am looking forward to this new project. So far we have been really pleased with the way our pics have turned out and hopefully they will only get better with each session we do! So anyways, check us out at: ashestoashesphotography.blogspot.com (there is a link from this blog) or on facebook for an idea of what we do and our prices, and of course, if you need any pics or know anyone who does PLEASE think of us! WISH US LUCK!!!

COONRADT FAMILY FUN NIGHT!!!

A couple weeks ago, Coby's parents, his sister and her fam, and our family all went bowling for Family Night. This was Mae's first time bowling and she LOVED it. Everytime she pushed the ball, she stood there clapping and yelling "YAY!"
Papa, Kenna and her sidekick, Mae. Those two were so cute, after either one of them went, they had to find the other and give them a kiss!

No bowling for Miss Lucy yet

Just had to post this pic because when did she get sooooo big! She looks like such a little girl and no longer a toddler...WOW- it goes sooooo fast!!!

"YAY!!!"

Averie and Lu just chillin'
We had a GREAT time bowling!!! What a FUN Family Night!!!

Ogden Visit February 2010

The last part in February we ventured to the land of Ogden to make a visit to see my family. Me and the girls ended up staying through the next week and had such a fun time visiting--there is never a dull moment! I love this pic of Mae laying there willey nilley listening to Grandma Barbara read her a story...how cute!
Anytime we are in Ogden we HAVE to make a trip to the mall so that Mae can play on the indoor playground equipment there. Not having a mall in Vernal or anywhere like this, this is a BIG deal to Mae and she takes it very seriously!

WEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

The carousel...
Time to get off the carousel...notice the pout, AND grandma reaching into her purse for more money...can we say spoiled???
P.S. Thanks to whatever mom decided to bring her sick kid toplay on the equipment...a puking kid and a 3 hr car ride home make for a fun time!
Also while we were there, we made a trip down to SLC for what started out to be a visit to the Zoo, but quickly turned into the aquarium with the storm that hit while we were on the road. We had never been there before though and Mae has been obsessed with "Nemo" lately, so it was a good trade!

Even Lu enjoyed looking at the fish and touching the glass

The stingray petting pool...this is where we spent 99.9% of our time, with Mae's hands in the water the whole time.

Great Grandpa Gary and little Lu

What trip to O-Town would be complete without a visit with my AMAZING friends! Since I pretty much have a babysitter anytime I want when we go to Ogden, Me, El-Say, Ho and Aimee got together for a well-needed girls night out.
Can we say "ICE CREAM???"

Tony's Pizza

That's right folks, that is me eating PIZZA and not just any pizza, TONY's pizza...well worth it!
The highlight of the trip was definitly a visit with 102 year-old Great-Great-Grandma Clarke. Lu had never met her before and I was so glad that we were able to take the girls there to see her.

How much do I LOVE this pic??? Lu loves to touch and be touched (to the dismay of her older sis sometimes) and it was sooooo cute to see her reach out and touch her Grandma Clarke-- too sweet!
Five Generations, the 5th generation squared.
We had a GREAT visit to Ogden! WE LOVE ALL OF YOU!!!

Breakfast!

Yum, Yum!!!
Don't ask me what the scowl is about, can we say "attitude?"

Big Sis/Little Sis

My mom bought these "Big Sister" "Little Sister" shirts before Lucy was even born (we all know she'd have me dress them alike ALL the time if I would), and they finally have gotten big enough (the smallest "Big Sis" was 24 months--apparently, they don't think anyone younger than 2 can be a big sis--WRONGO!!!) and cooperated enough for me to snap a few pics of my two favorite girls! I've finally had some time to do some photoshop-ing so ENJOY!

Thanks mom for the twinner shirts! They definitely make the CUTEST sisters around!
